In some places (google / yelp) the Rolling Road 3rd floor is listed as Eastern Spa (abbreviated E Spa).

On the door, it says "A Spa".

Whatever vowel you choose, the MT is a very nice C-lady who provides a very good massage (deep tissue to medium to light).

The facility continues to be under construction (it closed for a few months in the Spring. There is no dust, just not yet finished. No TS at A Spa).

Due to my travels, I occasionally check out other areas to see what they have to offer. It seems that the DC area, and to a great extent Baltimore, suffer from a dearth of white options for massage.

I don't travel the Northeast Corridor, so I haven't spent much time looking there. But I see caucasians offering Rs&Ts everywhere from Southern California, Seattle, Las Vegas, Dallas-Fort Worth, Chicago, Nashville, Charlotte, Raleigh, Atlanta, and several locales in Florida.

Florida makes sense due to all the retirees down there. Both those wanting just massages with extras and the somewhat younger, early retirees, who provide those services.

Anybody have any ideas about what makes the DC area different from the rest of these areas?

No I don't remember her. It sounds like she would have been fun to see.

When I saw Sara I would get a massage followed by French and FS. She wasn't the greatest masseuse but she could carry on an intelligent conversation during the massage. Her post-flip performance was one of the best I've ever experienced. I'm sorry I missed Sara during her final tour of this area, but our schedules couldn't synchronize.
