Not sure what's going on with her. Setup time to meet, gave me her appt address in Ft. Totten area. I reached on time but no response to texts. Waited 45 minutes nearby shopping area, finally texts me with classical excuse, phone died!! Asks for 10 minutes to get ready then asks for a pic of me with 4 fingers. Desperate me, sent her that.
