I don't understand it. The news says Doraville won the court case against Oasis as the judge disallow the motion from Oasis. Yet Oasis continues to operate, but I was told that the girls has to cover up unless they are on stage or table dancing. There are hundred of workers there, the clubs has been around for over 20 years and the politicians during redistrict insisted on Oasis being in Doraville instead of in Dekalb. As far as I know, there has not been any major crime there for how long I have been there. I hope these politicians look at the reality of things and leave the place alone. I bet there must be close to a hundred single moms working there. I hate political and morality correctness hypocrites.

So, have you been there under the new rules? Are the girls covering up?

I used to go there in the late 80's early 90's regularly, mainly for the dive bar atmosphere. The girl I was dating at the time loved the place and we actually did New Years Eve there one year and had a blast, Goldie was in her prime! Anthony Bourdain (RIP) loved the place.

Saturday night is disco night. It is a great place to dance, has a lot of energy, and is packed. In fact, it is so packed that it is hard to get a drink. Get there before midnight to avoid a long line to get in, bring your S. O. And you will have a good time.

Blondie has become a walking talking tourist trap. But while they mostly have "novelty" strippers, there are a few attractive women walking around as well.

I have also stayed at the remodeled hotel. They have gutted it (God only knows what got hauled out of there) and it is very quirky but slightly boojee. The rooftop bar is perfect.

The Clermont Lounge is an Atlanta institution and lots of people go there just to hang out in a dive bar. I've seen elderly couples there hanging out with no interest in the strippers. The strippers are often more ambiance than actual entertainment. I'm sure there are some girls that will meet outside the club, but I wouldn't expect that to be easy to find. There are much better places to go if that's what you are looking for.

I haven't been in years, but that is more the kind of club you hit to start a bachelor's party as a freak show, NOT as a take out place! It may have changed since the place was remodeled a while back.

Hit Follies a few weeks ago- it's been a while since I last visited. Was actually tame compared to what remember. Only got hit up for VIP twice in two hours or so I was there. Could've been the time of day. I rolled in at 5 pm when it dies out.

Overall good time. Thanks for reports on the waitress- I avoided her like the plague and got my beer at the bar.

I travel the country and Cubans have taken over every strip club in America.

Agree in general, but I wish some of them would come to the northwest.
