That's pretty much exactly what they are. Roaming AAMPs. Pics are just strictly adverts. It's a shot in the dark on who you get and the level of service and enjoyment. Roll the dice if you're feeling lucky, but I had a streak of like 4 unsatisfactory visits and just stopped them all together. I had some gems though too.

I've hit up most of the key places in a temecula and I've so far been disappointed in the quality of what is there.

Majority of places in the Corona and Riverside area seem to be entirely legit after the cleanout a few years back. You might have better luck at places further out in Moreno Valley or Colton, etc.
