It blows my mind that adult men act like this. When contacting A UTR it's probably a given that pictures aren't an option. You're rolling the dice when you contacting UTR especially if they don't have reviews. I have found that they will usually send one or two pictures and that's the extent of it. Being respectful gets you much further in the game than being a dick.
