I can sympathize with the guys who would like to use UP but can't get clearance. I have been a customer for a long time and personally appreciate his approach. Why take on new customers and the accompanying risk if your schedule is already full enough? It seems like, eventually, everyone besides KP has had a problem and been forced to disappear.
