Sorry to hear of your disappointing experience but does this really constitute a "rip off" or just high priced poor experience. If I were you I would have taken up your issues with the guy how took you to that gal? I had a disappointing experience years ago with an apartment gal up by O'hare and called to the guy who booked the visit and he promised to make it up to me the next day and booked me with another provider who more than made up for the prior days experience.
