Asked for 30 min and was quoted at 60 coins. Didn't feel like this place merits the 60 so I walked out.

Didn't say she was going out of business just leaving her current place soon. She is still utr and only dealing with her regulars.

Yes she is but she will be closing down her office really soon. Get it while it's still hot LOL. She is still just seeing her regulars.
