I've contacted a couple providers and they went straight to business by responding with their rates. In Ohio for LE to make an arrest for solicitation the person has to initiate talk of sexual activity and money. LE cannot first bring up sex and money for that sex. Now once its implied or mentioned, LE can run with it discussing prices and activity for those prices. So since it was in text, and you not mentioning sex or money first, I highly doubt it was LE. I think its fine to discuss pricing (after all, how are you going to know if you can agree on a price), but you shouldn't discuss anything sexual. Its legal to pay somebody for their time, so discussing only pricing should be ok, but if they are discussing pricing and sexual activities, that is a bad idea.
