Agree a simple item goes along way, not just with Kamp but camp's as well. Items such as an $8 dollar bottle of wine, chocolate covered oreos, Or a cheep somewhat personalized Christmas item has opened the door for either a better normal experience to items beyond the normal both in and outside the parlor. Granted others may have a better game than I but after these events is when additional engagement occurred.

Couple that with extra time and / or focusing on them breaks down barriers for items others say won't happen.

It can go good, or bad. I remember giving a CAMP girl a rose at one time (only because plans fell through with the original girl I was supposed to give it to and I wanted to get rid of it). I did give it to her at the front desk. I don't remember if anyone else was looking. The next time I went to see her massage was legit. In fact during the massage she got her phone and was typing something. She was using her translator app and showed me a the word "flowers". I don't know if she meant that I have flowers for her now or was I the guy that brought her flowers last time. But I nodded my head yes. This was a few years ago but maybe times have changed. But like any woman, I'm sure most of them love gifts.

Then you were lucky. Older guys I served with told me about those days when a guy could get laid with a young cutie for a bar of Ivory soap. Most reading this won't understand that but I bet you will. You probably also remember the AAFES-sponsored rub / tub parlors on the military bases with the cute Korean ladies wearing uniforms with numbers on them. I was there for the first time 5 years later than you were. My first fuck in a hooch right across from gate 52 was paid by a bottle of ketchup, a tube of toothpaste and a couple other items from the Shopette on Yongsan south post. Still have the receipt.

Fast forward and we're now paying $200-$220 for a covered fuck with (mostly) washed-up, older Korean women. How times have changed!

My days weren't that good! A night out would go for W5000 (then a bit less than $20) at Osan AB where the rich Air Force guys were stationed, and slightly less up country with the Army. My favorite memory of my tour was in the Camp Red Cloud Officer's Club. A short old guy wearing three stars dragged a 2/ Lt up to me, exp; ained that I was an AF fighter pilot and that I would someday save his ass. He then told him to get me laid. He looked me right in the eye and said, "If you won't fuck, you won't fight!
