Any Listcrawler, EB or whatever ad that just has an email address is fake. Most of the ones with out of town area codes likewise. They're just harvesting your email address or phone number for spam, or if they're "real" will try to scam you out with some kind pre-pay.

This is a fake ad. Listcrawler is full of ads like this. Generally if it's an email address it's fake. They are after your email address or more.
