I had a recent visit with a Thai girl from adult search who is well known here. Fantastic time. I've known her a while and she always tells me stuff. Here's some things she mentioned recently:

Looks like Marina, who some say is Diamond from Oriental Thai, has rebranded herself on adultsearch as Karla. Same 260 though. I would say if she did a little more kissing she'd get more traffic. I saw marina once and had avoided since someone I worked with lived in her cabrini tower.

Realizable? I can tell you that I doubt very much that the girl in the picture will be knocking at your front door, or you knocking on her back door for that matter. It's a crap shoot with most of them.
