You have Heyward (Bones) who is black, Fletcher who is black, Vincent who is white, Charlie who is white, and Robert who is whie and has a bunch of tats all in unmarked cars who work for the state busting the street walkers. They work all areas, Baltimore, Brooklyn, Curtis Bay, Dundalk, Reisterstown, Liberty Rd, and other areas. They will work individually or in pairs. If they are working in teams a lot of times they will each take a run at the girl to date. If the girl don't go with them, they will sit back and watch till she gets picked up and tag team follow you, wait till you get busy, then bust you for perverted practice or indecent exposure, etc. The girl is just as surprised as you, and 80 % of the girls have warrants or have drugs or paraphernalia on them. Watch what cars are following you and pass you more than once. Don't think just because you stop at a store or Mickey Ds your ok, They will wait.

I don't know how a SW can provide useable info to LE on mongering. Its possible I suppose but it seems that a cop would need more info to make an arrest. I'd expect charges coming this way would be dismissed.
