I guess you've been to Cristini's, then? LOL. For those of you that don't know, Cristini's is a high end Italian restaurant in the Dr. Phillips area. The owner is insane. If you send something back to the kitchen, he will come out and throw you out. Sometimes, he pulls the entire table cloth off the table when he does it. Dishes and glasses crashing on the floor. He doesn't care. His rants are legendary in the industry!

Cristini was one of the examples I heard in town. My buddy, now retired, owned 2 Italian restaurants; one in the old country and one here. Hired at one point 40 people in both locations. One time he'd kick both the customers AND the wine server / waiter serving that particular table out. Fired right on the spot. Said to me he said "fuck you fuck you fuck you. You, I don't need your money. Fuck you all! Get the fuck out!

Dude has a serious temper, needs things done quick and right. It's hilarious. He kicked out all of the kitchen home, one time because he said always out of 10 he people hired only maybe 3 or 4 are good. The rest just fucks around, doing time. And I guess that time the main guys were sick or life happened, owner didn't like the shit that was flying out of the kitchen he stopped it altogether. Good guy, that's how it's supposed to be. Always was proud of his temper, "if it ain't up to my standard, how am I going to charge you to eat at my standard? I rather not have it than sell bullshit."

My uncle owns a restaurant that was passed on by my parents. It's still making bank to this day when they passed to him maybe 20 years ago. Wakes up every morning to make one dish. Dude literally eats one dish every morning for the past 20 years to keep his quality and taste consistent. And we're all like what the fuck? How the hell does this dude eat one dish every morning and not get sick of it LOL.

When a provider starts getting big in volume, some shit is bound to happen. Lurking Uncle starts to catch on. Someone as young looking as her in a bad part of town, things start to smell fishy as the fish market. Also take into account that she posts on different sites too.

Don't let one experience speak for all experience. Say you run a restaurant and out of 10 customers love your food but one guy was chased out for God knows what reason. He ends up on Yelp blasting the fuck out of the restaurant. But you don't know the reason why. Maybe he had no pants on, maybe he smelled like bacon, maybe he was going to drop dead rats into his soup. Or if he shows up with an extra arm or in a wheelchair. Who the fuck knows. I'm not doubting his authenticity nor judging how he looks. I'm saying it is bound to happen when you run a customer service based business. Chemistry aint going to work for everybody.

The girl is young and should be able to choose who she sees. I'm sure those who saw her more than once knows this. Like regulars of a good old-fashioned Italian restaurant, as long as food served to them doesn't fall in standards it doesn't matter however the fuck they serve their food or whoever the fuck they chased out of their restaurants with sandals. Some guys think being a dick and their way is the only way. Their price preference should be the industry standard. At the end of the day a girl charges what she deems worthy of her time, we either pay it or not.

Difference preferences in looks, prices, what services we want is OK. We all don't have to agree on who is the best, best value, best skills, best looking, best anything.
