Ok I wanted to check it out based on the chatter but I TOFTT. For a $. 4/ 6 I guess it's to be expected, but there was about a min or less of a "massage" before the flip. Went to Live on Friday pm only to find the front door locked. Couldn't hang around there too long due to its entrance right by the traffic lights. It was nice that you could leave by the back door to the car park, but I've never been able to get in that way. Sad if it's closed for good, it was a reliable FS no-massage AMP.

This place is all cold hard biz. It's not an snow. It's a crapshoot biz that rented the space. I'm guesding cheaper than hotel or condo. Or, the AMP that was there did s sublease.

Tried this place out yesterday and had almost identical experience. It's a weird location- looks like a residential apartment tower but has businesses. This place is on a sub-level. I agree it's not the nicest looking but at least it's discreet I guess. Sunny is exactly as described. Not the prettiest but thin and a real sweetheart. Doesn't speak much English at all. At this point I was a bit disappointed but the massage was going great so I shook it off. With no rush, finally came the flip and as I did she smiled at my fully awake 'friend'. Locations. Meh, I've been to far better and far worse. It was in a decent building but the upkeep itself within their suite just wasn't there. I visited the bathroom before leaving and it was really run down. The massage 'room' was decent though.

Service. Sunny was fun and very cute and really has great technique a bit rough with the forearms as she's working but all in all a great massage. It was at no time ever rushed and no quick flip to get the job done and over with. And she's a decent kisser as she kissed me numerous times while we were 'entertaining' each other.

Massage price was set at. 70 with little to no other services offered thanks to the lack of solid walls. I tipped Sunny at. 50 for her great personality, technique of massage and the way she 'handled' things. I would say that I would revisit to see Sunny again but like it was mentioned before, avoid the shower (bathroom).
