I wouldn't film these girls if I were you. I filmed a few SW's on 79th st and 8th ave next to that resturant and one of them threw a rock at my truck. This was about 15 yrs ago. Some SW's get violent if you do that and may call a pimp and that pimp may pull you over and force you to hand over that phone.

You would have a point but I always ask the girls before I do any serious filming if it's cool. If they say yes then it's fair game. If they say no I leave it be. An I don't film with a phone so no one is handing anything over. A lot of girls are pretty open to filming most guys just don't ask.

You got a point, but, in this case he wasn't chasing her like a paparazzi. The dash camera is on at all times while he is driving, suddenly he had to stop due to a red traffic light, then she crossed left to right from corner to corner passing by in front of his car.
