Seems like most of the comments / reviews from those who have been to her place, there is always someone driving up that she "owes money" to. I would guess that those frequent visitors that she says she "owes them money" are her pharmaceutical drop-offs, which I guess once they hand her the goods, she then "owes money" and pays for what they just dropped off. Even if that is or isn't the case, it's enough to keep me away because that would totally kill the mood and make me paranoid wondering if someone is pulling up or about to knock on (or bust through) the door!

That didn't happen to me. It's just general knowledge that scammers are everywhere. This particular scammer might have a little more luck than most others that try this shit. Some would probably want more $ or even all of it up front. That might lead to more skepticism. But, maybe more newbies who don't know about this scam yet might be willing to send only $20. The scammer posts ads all over the country possibly using different pictures in the ads. If ten people fall for it every day, this scammer will have gotten over $70 K a year. All tax free. And that is just with this particular scam. They probably have other scams going on that don't involve this hobby. Maybe a very rich person. We will never know.
