I literally see her at least a couple times a week walking between University bvld near the Captain D's to PH headed towards town. I haven't hooked up with her in over two years. Most are active at all times, but just be on the lookout for law. I drive Sin City multiple times per day as part of my job and see Swans all the time. Sometimes none but that just means they are otherwise occupied and someone will likely be back soon.
