I stay away from the girls under 21, I prefer they have experience and that way, they are sure they know what they are doing. Also, if there is any drinking, it's ok. While I've had 6 M&G's this week and was able to close 3 of those in the FC this week, it was definitely because school is out and they're looking for job alternatives. Once they do the deed, that's when you should get your hopes up that you've found a unicorn or a gem.
