No, LA is dry in these regards. 20 Thai Massages per block and none give FS. There's a good spot in Inglewood that I visited once but I forgot what it's called. I know we don't get many rainy days in the OC but I love going for a massage in the rain. In my experience, the foot traffic is way down and it is the one time that the girls don't clock watch. I have paid for 30 minutes and got well over an hour on two separate occasions in two different places.
