I stay away from the girls under 21, I prefer they have experience and that way, they are sure they know what they are doing. Also, if there is any drinking, it's ok. You have to be very careful of sophisticated scams and SA. If you're going to go this route, trying to deflower a barely 18 girl, you best have some consent waivers signed and probably even notarized. You will also need to go beyond just checking her I'd. While I've had 6 M&G's this week and was able to close 3 of those in the FC this week, it was definitely because school is out and they're looking for job alternatives. Once they do the deed, that's when you should get your hopes up that you've found a unicorn or a gem.

Just as that bit of info calms those that fear you only want a one time things, hearing "Two years" can also turn off those who look at that as something that isn't NSA and more along the lines of long term situation. You have to keep in mind that 99.9% of the prospects I meet claim that a man has tried to make them a long term option or creeped them out by how serious he was trying to get. I personally don't mention my past SB's unless they ask and at that point I'll share pieces of info as appropriate.
