I was driving along Norwalk Blvd, and passed by "The Holiday". The place has been closed for months, with only ABC change of ownership notification posted on the front door. But today, I saw a 30 yd roll off trash dumpster in front. It was full of debris. There was a crew inside, and it looks like they were doing a full demo in preparation for a reconfiguration of the floor plan. The front facade of the building had been removed completely, in preparation for a new surface.

Reminder: the longtime owner wanted to retire, and sold the club to a long time employee some time ago--but retained ownership of the land and building. In late 2018, a company (that owns several strip clubs) purchased the real estate. The owner of the club sold to this same firm, perhaps fearing the new landlords could push them out. It looks like the new club owners are putting up a lot of money into this project.

I've been there once many years ago. The dancers weren't that good compared to other famous clubs. I met a brother and his two sisters, an interracial stepfamily. I met the younger sister, a white-latina, on Harbor, thinking she was an SW; she wasn't. We didn't make it but I got her number. Her brother, a black-latina, tried to set up an underage scam but it wasn't scary and I didn't buy it. The younger sister still wanted to fuck me repeatedly but failed to produce I'd evey time, except for the school one. The older sister, a black girl, wanted to fuck me too but she is skinny, not pretty and had no sex appeal; I ain't picky. I stayed friendly with the family because the younger sister was turning 18. I once lent money for the older sister to get a room, allowing her to do incall as a consolidation for not being able to fuck me for money. She invited me to Holiday for she was a new dancer there. An Asian woman wouldn't let me go without giving me a dance. That's my Holiday story. RIP.

Good to hear. It was one of my fav club sometime in the past. Good quality of dancers with good lap dances. Hope they re-open soon.

I was sad to hear it closed. I personally enjoyed the place. It was a good daytime hangout for me. I took a family member there a few years back. I was surprised when he told me he used to be a bouncer there in the 80's. He showed me a spot on the outside wall when you are exiting the club. The bouncers would call it the bulls eye. When throwing drunk or unruly guests out the club they would aim the head at the bulls eye. He told me there was always a blood stain back in the day.

Spearmint Rhino: "Wednesday night special $130.00 VIPs $200.00 kings court".

The other days are probably $150.00 / $220.00 (or more).

A visit to this place with only a couple of 15 mn VIPs are now $300 + TIP + entrance fee + parking + drinks to dancer.

Didn't they become more expensive than Bare Elegance and 4 Play + PlanB?
