Yeah something similar happened to me. It's weird if she's so desperate for business you'd think she would be nice and engaging in her messages. Instead she just comes across as a short-tempered crazy person.

She is definitely desperate and loosing her marbles for good.

Every time she changes her handle she goes through some kind of personality metamorphosis for the worst. I am / used to be a fan of hers and she is good at her craft but her erratic behavior is less to be desired for. And yes, she is quite the trigger happy with the "Block" option. She giddily showed me once the number of people on her Block List, it was almost three pages long on her phone.
