No at Tai Chi, there is only a Lily and an Amy. Lily is the newer girl and very tiny but very nice body and a great attitude.

Agree. Cindy is great. Get her to walk on your back. Also had great massages with Kerry and Amy. YMMV, but I think you're right. DIY is the most you're going to get.

Unfortunately the AMP's don't usually have the skill sets necessary to deal with real pain or avoid causing muscle unrest elsewhere. But, they usually have an arm that can do the jack hammer motion like nobody's bitness.
