A very few agencies (e.g., 100 proof, VAC) are fine. The point is that you should avoid anyone, agency or not, who doesn't provide upfront pricing or who requires / lists tips as part of the pricing. That's just asking for upsells and bullshit.

In town for a few days of business and thought I would see what was out there for a QV this morning.

In my opinion the best site is P411. It has all the check and balances for both parties. If you're a flake there, they'll address it quick and the clients there are more in the up and up.

Private delight seems like a cool site but it seems a notch below P411.

Slixa is good but the ladies are pricey, so that will depend on you.

All the other sites such as MOJO will get you the "time wasters" or the guys that want a BNG for the cheap.
