Yeah fx points does affect ability to send messages but so do negative ratings. They might have changed it but it use to be If enough neg ratings to compliance are made to put them into -4 or -5, it affected a user's ability to send messages and even make comments.

Overall, not a bad time with the girl above. The photos are not her, though they are an okay representation of her build wise (face is not as cute as the girl in the photos). Chill demeanor that unfortunately sort of translates to her performance.
