I was driving along Norwalk Blvd, and passed by "The Holiday". The place has been closed for months, with only ABC change of ownership notification posted on the front door. But today, I saw a 30 yd roll off trash dumpster in front. It was full of debris. There was a crew inside, and it looks like they were doing a full demo in preparation for a reconfiguration of the floor plan. The front facade of the building had been removed completely, in preparation for a new surface.

Reminder: the longtime owner wanted to retire, and sold the club to a long time employee some time ago--but retained ownership of the land and building. In late 2018, a company (that owns several strip clubs) purchased the real estate. The owner of the club sold to this same firm, perhaps fearing the new landlords could push them out. It looks like the new club owners are putting up a lot of money into this project.

This place really sucked the last few years it had been open. I never got or even really tried to get extras here but was a good place to grab some great priced drinks and see some hot ass strippers before it went down hill. Hadn't been in a long time but went like a year ago maybe less than that but there was two girls and one was bar tending and the other just sat by the bar like she made enough cash for the night already. Went to bar and ordered drinks because no waitress but no big deal except bar tender doesn't know how to make simple drinks that are asked for all the time. She told me she didn't know how to make it and if I knew what was in it and of course I told her but she just poured everything in like she was making jungle juice LOL. Terrible place to go when it was still open. Hopefully they fix it up and make service better. Also not one girl dancing on stage for the 30 minutes I stayed and left my full drink.

Fuck! I made a huge mistake. I was at Rio and got a VIP from Yoli. I asked for full service and totally over paid 160. To be complete, the cost should include parking, entrance fee, cost of the dance(s) (in some clubs, VIP room is required for the service) and tip.

The going rates in KH and Starz is a benji, Not in the distant past I would try my luck to break it 20 to30 less and get away with that. But not lately.

Wouldn't be surprised if the ask is more than a benji lately. On top of that 5-20 for the house fees. In places with VIP, it is usually VIP+ House + Tips.

$$$$ is low end for GPS pricing but still more than high enough. But if you have it to piss away enjoy yourself. "Value" is only as subjective as the size of one's financial portfolio. One man's good value is another's entry to big trouble down the road when it devolves from being an occasional hobby into a regular habit and addiction though even that person may describe the cost of an appetite for self-destruction as good value. I have been in this monger world for decades, and have seen it all including many friends and acquaintances falling into the trap of the sirens which along with their own weak impulse control, ultimately led them to self-destruct to the absolute max. Sometimes fall from the top to the bottom with surprising speed.

I suppose there are newbies in this hobby who fall prey to their own weaknesses, etc. I've been in the hobby for decades as well and I've learned this --you get what you pay for, and never pay more than you can afford.

It does not seem that anybody posted about the price increase on the 15 mn VIP dances: $130 on Wed. & Sat., instead of $100.

I think that the other days became $150 and that's for the daytime. The nighttime dances might be more.

I believe they changed the prices when the dancers became employees instead of independent contractors.

GPS is fine--as long as they deliver. I've never paid more than $$$$ for CFS at SRCOI. Many will think that's a GPS price but for a smoking hot stripper ITC-I consider that a GOOD VALUE.
