I wouldn't say we are over charged here. The cost of living in Hawaii is a tad bit higher than the Philippines. Thanks for the comments. Agree on the cost of living comparisons. Hawaii and LA are completely different markets and cultures. Recently, there have been a large number of providers coming to Hawaii from LA and trying to up-sell the current market rates for services and many of them have been reported to be under delivering. The gist of this thread is to find providers that are pleasant and willing to provide good services for the current market rates. Tips for services above and beyond should be based on the services, the quality of those services and those paying the tip. If providers do not understand, or want to honor this unwritten, yet understood code of ethics; as a customer it is good to know before the visit and decide to go to places that understand the rules of the location of the industry they are working in.

Fair is fair. This location has gotten a lot of criticism for visiting providers that use the unappreciated up-selling technique to get more for extras at the vulnerable point of the service. Perhaps the management from 3903 finally got the word that up-selling is not appreciated and will not be tolerated? There were reports of recent new girls Coy and Silk, both in 20's as advertised, real photos and reports of massage with HE for standard price ($.2) with no up-selling. The bad news is they both left yesterday. Checked out today's advertisement and they are not on it. Good news is that 3903 is on an upper floor, larger place, private rooms and an ongoing fluctuation of new girls coming and going.
