I don't know of them specifically as individuals. But, the "weed men" pretty much set up shop in that corner and the opposite corner (behind the cigarette machine). Basically, they pay off / become tight with the managers so when the "weed man / men" arrive those corners are cleared for him / them and the rest of the crew.
