Around 1:30, I am still running errands and she texts me asking for a favor- she says she has to check out of the hotel she is in right now and doesn't have enough money to extend another day and asks if I can reserve a room and she would deduct off the $300. I ask her where she would have slept had I not set up an appointment with her and she responds with. "I don't know". I tell her that if she is going to stay in the hotel for the night that I didn't feel comfortable putting the room in my name, but she doesn't have any credit cards so I tell her I would buy a prepaid visa card that she could use to extend the room she has currently. She tells me that they are going to kick her out if she doesn't pay for the room by 2 pm and there is no way I can buy a card and get to the hotel before 2 pm. So I offer to buy the card and call her with the card info for her to extend the room online. Now normally I would have my guard up but she sounded very sincere on the phone and I am usually a pretty good judge of character (with the exception of the last 5 girls that robbed me) Anyway, I stop at a Walgreens and buy a prepaid debit visa and fill it with a $100. Its about 1:55 at this time and I call her and tell her I have to register the card with her personal info through their 800 number, so she gives me all her information, including name, address, email, etc- this has to be her real info for her to be able to use the debit card again. She gets the room paid for and I am about 10 min away at this point and she gives me the room number. I get to the door and I knock and no answer. I knock again and no answer. I call and text her and she responds on text and says "my boyfriend just showed up and I had no idea he would, but just wait 20 min and ill be ready" I'm thinking to myself, how is it possible within the 10 min we just talked and got the room paid for that all of the sudden that her boyfriend shows up. I don't want to wait around anyway and I just respond with- "nice scam" and tell her I am leaving. Once I got home, I actually call the hotel to see if she was actually at that hotel since I already knew her real name. They.

Actually confirm she is in that room. What I don't get is that she went through all this trouble for like $90 knowing I have all her real info and she gives me her actual room number. She is either the dumbest scam artist or the smartest scam artist and trying to completely confuse me. She never responded after her last text of waiting 20 min so I don't believe for one sec she was telling the truth. Anyway, it was only a $90 loss- I've handed over $500 to girls before and just turned and went home once I saw how gross they were them plenty of times so today was a cheap lesson. But now I feel like I completely wasted a day and might have to do two appointments tomorrow just to get caught up for the week.
