Sounds like goof troop police work. Couple things. Less than an hour might mean a normal massage wasn't given? Most of these places offer a 30 minute option. From there they can radio a waiting marked patrol car outside of the lot once a monger leaves to conduct a traffic stop. Anyone been to Fuji in the Walmart shopping center in Chamblee?

I was there about 6 months ago. The girl I met at Fuji I found again at Adore. I posted about this some time ago. I haven't been to Fuji since then, but was thinking about seeing who had replaced the manager.

Chamblee cops use the far south end of that lot to sit. They're not monitoring 18 for illegal activity, but that doesn't mean they're not aware of what does on there (they are) and might pick that spot specifically to make customers think twice.
