Exactly. Its always interesting to see just how motivated most are at the very end of the month, rather than the middle or even first week of the month.

This is a regular routine of mine. I play the long game and keep several of them in the loop. I get to know them for weeks or months at a time. I am always the nice guy that they learn to like and has never been pressuring. Eventually they get desperate and come around because they need to make ends meet after being completely frivolous with their money. And once you're in there for that low amount. I bet I will have no problem seeing her for what I'm asking. Especially when the other deals she is trying to make fall through. This is where I have to think some of the guys out there for being flaky. Haha.
