So lately I've been a big advocate for hour sessions, mostly because of msog. As much as I think the quick, or even have session, is great, majority of the time I feel like I should have just done the hour. Should always do 1 hr if you want the most from her. Even if you only manage one shot; look at it as a good tip, and that you think she deserves that. Going twice in an hour is very easy work for her compared to two one hours on different days, or even two half hours on different days.
