I got pulled over the other day for nothing LOL.

He asked where I was going and also if I had any weapons or drugs.

Hey Sac, it's quite obvious why LEO chooses to deal with us as opposed to the drug sellers / dealers on every corner and poking their head out of every opening a street may have to offer.

The main reason is it will appear to the residents they are doing their job instead of sucking up Slurpee's at 7-11 or donuts at the closest donut shop.

Another reason they would stop us before a drug dealer, enforcer, seller, etc. Is that we represent a minimal threat to them. They do enough stops like that and they have a better chance of going home after the shift than they would hammering the illegals on the block.

Now if they go after the people on the block first thing on their mind is getting shot by somebody connected to the dealers. So, the risk factor increases tenfold or more. If the dealer and associates will waltz around selling their stuff in plain view of the police then they wouldn't give it a second thought to pop LEO. The blocks have their own set of rules and laws as to how they handle issues that bring them trouble. LEO knows that.

Kensington is still a crazy mess but LE has gotten a lot more involved in the goings on lately. Out of state plates would be a red flag and not knowing all the spots to pull over discreetly to make contact would also be an issue.
