I'm just going to say this in regards to LE around the Kensington area. I have had contact with LE during routine traffic stops and sobriety check points.

The main priority I felt was that LE was making sure that I wasn't transporting or selling drugs. Once LE felt certain that I wasn't involved with any of that their concerns seem to switch to my safety.

LE stressed to me that I was in a "open air drug market" and to be very careful. Once particular LE contact stressed to me that if I was in the area as a John that HIV was significantly prelavant in the area. I probably know more about HIV than the LE contact from seeing the Magic Johnson press conference live to learning about Ryan White and the Act Up moment in the late 80's and 90's but I kept my mouth shut and was able to drive away.

To be honest, I feel I need to do a public service announcement and say that getting arrested, as bad as I know it could be for some it shouldn't be the most feared. The main priority should be your health and to play safe if you do decide to play.

I have met street walkers who told me they seen other girls who walk the streets picking up dates pick up dirty needles right off the ground to shoot up with. One SW told me she found out while locked up that other girls who were streetwalkers had HIV because of who they had to see while locked up. Another streetwalker told me of a another street walker who had HIV. And to think that people still do bb with a SW and that quite a few SW's have told me of Johns have tried to secretly slip protection off or try to offer more for full service bb.

I'm not here to preach or judge, all I'm saying is that on the ave 99% of these women are full blown drug addicts and each and every day they are doing only God knows what all hours of the day and night to feed an addiction that never lets up. These girls are extremely high risk and I would hope that fellow mongers think more about using protection and their health then worrying about LE.

You get busted shut up and call your lawyer and later down the line you can look back on it all and laugh. You get HIV and your life as you know it will never be the same again and not in a good way.

While you are correct that these girls are all addicts and a number of them might have HIV, your characterization that BB activities are highly risky is simply not true. A lot more is now known about HIV transmission than previously known, and it is now characterized that the risk for a circumcised male to catch it from an HIV positive female through straight vaginal sex is 3,500 to one. So let's put that in real terms. At my age, I fuck a ho maybe once a week now. Let's say that 10% of the girls I fuck have HIV (which is exaggerating it). My risk is therefore 35,000 to one. In a year, my chances of catching HIV are like 700 to one. Still pretty low. I got maybe 20 years before I die of old age if I am lucky.

So you should stop preaching to others. If this is a risk you don't want to take, then cover up. But don't bash others for their practices.

In the past, I have been pulled over, and after checking my paperwork the officer told me to leave the area. I don't remember the exact words, but he made it very clear that he knew why I was there, and wouldn't hesitate to make up an excuse to lock me up if I stuck around. Kensington is still a crazy mess but LE has gotten a lot more involved in the goings on lately. Out of state plates would be a red flag and not knowing all the spots to pull over discreetly to make contact would also be an issue.

This is extremely concerning and very weird. Not sure why they gave you such a difficult time as you did nothing wrong (unless your fav isn't who you think she is). Sounds like she just needed a ride to WalMart (as we all do at some time).
