Sorry to hear that. I can personally confirm that "Strawberry" is Katie as I've seen her both in LA and OC. Now, if you don't know how Katie looks like, you got no reference point to go off of. But for those that have seen her in LA, you can immediately call out the booker about bait and switch as I would have done if that happened to me.

I don't have a baseline to compare Strawberry to since I've never seen Katie, but when I visited her, she was a young-ish looking gal, about 5'4", slender build with some tummy fat, and natural B / C cups. Looked about early 30's, speaks very little English, but has a tendency to speak in Korean to herself and a few words in Japanese.

She had a cute face, but it was definitely heavy on the makeup. Shoulder length brown / dark brown hair.

How can you tell that's the real strawberry and not a replacement? Their pictures are not the same as the person.
