* Are you a good customer? I. e. You call, you show up, you pay and you leave without causing drama.

* Do you bad mouth them on public forums?

The bottom line is the almighty dollar and are your actions affecting theirs. The better agencies care about the ladies having a good experience with the customers, and will blacklist customers based on feedback from their ladies.
