The Attorney is a douche, but trading sex for services is NOT human trafficking. He was just "bartering" IMHO. IF he made the women sex slaves and profited by it, then it would be human trafficking.

In a world of BS claims of human trafficking by LEO and private groups trying to sensationalize to raise money or awareness or just from an innate desire for attention, this is a good piece of journalism about something real. This stuff apparently has been going on in the very corrupt city of Portsmouth for a long time. From what I gathered from media reports is that a guy had a stolen vehicle and when confronted by LEO, he refused to come out of his room. I don't think there was any prostitution connections here from what I read.
