That's just another of what I like to call "Random Latina Ads" which are similar in some respects to Asian Crapshoot Ads.

They both use fake pics and there's no way to know if the woman even resembles the pics until you show up in person. For the Latina version, some are providers working by themselves while others are groups of women sharing one apt or hotel room. Most of the time they have "management" but some are true indies.

For me the biggest difference between the two is that Asian Crapshoot places tend mostly to follow the same template while the Latinas have more variation. With either one you might find a gem or you might feel you've wasted your money.

The most important point to remember is to always think with the big head and walk away politely if you don't like what you see when the door opens. Once you hand over any cash your bargaining power is pretty much gone. The second most important point is to always get the personal digits of any gems you discover. These providers move around a lot and they often change their names and numbers. If you leave without getting some reliable contact info it's unlikely you'll be able to find them again.

One thing about the pics is that the Latinas seem to do a better job selecting ones that are at least similar to the actual provider.
