Rolled the dice today, and went for a visit. I had a plan B just in case I didn't strike pay-dirt.

Thanks for the post. Could not agree more. Up-selling ruins the experience and does not promote repeat or regular customers. There are a lot of options, hope more people stop going to the up-sellers and this unwanted business practice goes away.
