Fortunately, they're not all like that. When they offer 24/7 availability, naturally we expect that, but in reality it doesn't work that way. What do you consider a reasonable time frame for a reply to your texts or call to a provider? This morning I sent two texts, 20 minutes apart, with an appointment request for noon or later. 9:43 AM and 10:35 AM. No response as of 2:55 PM. This happens too much with these providers.
