As I chime in, I will say there has been some very good advice given already.

IMHO, you will not only be playing with fire, but also radioactive material.

There will be a ZERO % chance that she will keep any type of relationship or encounter discreet. Not only that, but after your encounter, she will be hanging around your office / desk / work area, much more than normal or more than she should be. She will not be able to act any other way. Also, since she is fine as hell, everyone in your entire office, already has eyes on her all day, and they will especially notice her hanging around and giving you the "look."

This also includes junior and senior partners and the BOD's as well. Tell her that company policy could punish you for the appearance of impropriety and ask if you can have a raid check until after she is done. That will do two things-- if she's truly interested in anything physical she might get more anxious to see you.
