I've been trying at those clubs and it's much tougher. I have had success with girls at Tony's Place and Desires. But the those clubs aren't that much different from the Block. (Also Desires is a joke). You might get lucky. Choose the right girl, gain her trust over time and / or by spending a ton on drinks, lap dances, and privates. I was able to find one girl who did FS on the side in Gold Gentlemen's club. But she made me waste about $150 on drinks, dances, and a hefty tip for her number. She told me should would only fuck after I took her out to a fancy dinner first. I deleted her number the moment I left the club.

I don't fuck in the clubs anymore because it's bullsh88 t. First off you coming out of your pocket with say 220-250 beans then you negotiate with the girl that's anywhere between 50-150 beans. Now this is how I do it I buy that $25 drink and open negotiations. If you play your cards right and depending on the girl you still might put that between 150 to 200 beans. Takes the club out of the equation to where you putting out like potentially 300 to 400 beans and you don't have that bs 3 songs play crap and if you don't get to pop then it's a waste. Whereas you can get a room and relax and do your thing with no worries.
