So again I ask, do you really want a lot of attention on the business?

I don't know the poster here who wrote the bad report. The report is his personal version of the experience. I'm not going to say if it is true or untrue or unfairly shaded to the negative. I simply don't know. What I do know is that you or any other service professional can't please everyone all the time. Some guys are hard to please, some guys just may not "click" with the lady, some guys may just be assholes. It happens and really is it that big of deal? If a service professional provides good quality service to their customers; the positive reputation and good will built up over time will far out weigh a few negative reports that pop up from time to time.

I agree with you in spirit. At the end of the day weigh the reviews and make a choice. However let's not forget this is a YMMV biz. A dude can have a bad experience and be telling the truth.
