So I decided to check this place out for the first time.

Accordion doors and curtains had me thinking this would not end well.

No sir you did the right move. I highly doubt anything else would've happened if you started the DIY. The 2nd time I ever went to a parlor several years back. Same thing happened to me. I started on the DIY. I felt stupid after I finished. I could've done that shit at home. And the rookie I was she asked for 40 tip and I gave it to her. I've been to Traditional Massage near there on Pontiac Trail near Beck once before and my experience was a much more positive one that I plan on repeating. The massage was okay, but the lass was friendly & conversational, mostly about the place that I usually go to (she knows the workers there), no DIY hassle, need for negotiation or anything like that. That's one example. The many ones I know personally have come here on their own on a visitor or student visa. Then they stay and work. No loan payback, no indentured servitude. A young and smart girl could make 250 k a year cash. An average dumpy girl will make much less but still enough to send a relative fortune back home. They have their own community. They talk to each other. They have smartphones. They make choices. Don't believe the bullshit.

In all my years of mongering, in different areas, different genres (AMPs, SWers, escorts, etc), I have never seen anyone chained up and forced with a gun to their head to provide services. Anyone I have ever seen has had the ability to walk away and straight to authorities if she choose to do so. Even the ones that claimed to be trafficked. I'm sure their situations are difficult to get out of as Fast says. But anyone can CHOOSE to walk if they want. Trafficking as we know it in our corner of the world is bullshit. This is consistent with what I have heard. Some have said they haven't seen their family in several years and while they try to put on a smiley face and look like willing participants, sometimes they have let out nonverbal ques that I later interpreted as sadness about being trapped. No doubt of of them are totally into it and actually like it. Also, I could have read into it way too much but either way, any place that traps these girls should be shut down. Call it indentured servitude or human traficking, I'm not so sure there is much of a practical difference. The girls in ferndale, however, are very much willing participants and can leave at any time. I dare say they often really enjoy their jobs.

Trafficking has always been one reason I've stayed away from AMPs and other places.
