My information is that CB closed voluntarily. The A-listers there were then recruited by GG. I personally like the atmosphere at CB: it is like a small home with good times for all. As far as GG is concerned, I recall another member mentioning something about possible security cameras in the massage rooms. That is one of the main reasons for me not going there.
