As to the rest, you will find libel tough to prove, the term "old hag" while not flattering is subjective, you would have to prove that he didn't think the place is full of old hags and that he only said it to cause damage to your reputation. Has anyone had experience with Lori's process of scheduling? I want to try her nuru for the first time, and sent an email from her site 2 days ago. If it takes a few days for her to check references, that's understandable. I listed a few that I had seen in the past, like Faro, both Susan's, etc.
