Had a dream yesterday with Maria that took me over to the Knights inn by the airport. Maria was fine for the price but the location which looks OK from Lincolnway is scary once you get back there. Someone mentioned that you could get blocked in. I had to go back to the 2nd row of rooms to turn around and holy crap, I don't think any of the 2nd building is even able to be used they are so run down and boarded up.

As for the getting blocked in I had that fear as I was leaving as there was a car with 4 guys parked behind my truck that would have made it almost impossible for me to back out. Thankfully they did get out of the way when I came out. It was 4 in the afternoon and it was cold out. I would not go there ever in the dark or when it is warmer out. Not sure I will ever go back again to Knights inn for that matter.

I got lucky nothing happened but the potential for a disaster is definitely there. Be safe my friends and not just the covered type of safe.

Today with a fellow monger who has a very respectable history here (the name is redacted to protect his innocence) and this exact topic came up.

For too long now we have accepted poor service and inflated prices. Great providers have disappeared. Hell, even the two half way decent ones in the area are way over priced and all of us are trying to get to them at the same time.

Unfortunately, unless we can travel out of the area consistently, there is nothing we can do other than stop seeing any of them. However, from past experience, as a man I will eventually let my little head do the thinking, dust myself off and get back I to the batters box with shitty providers. Anyone want breakfast?
