I hope people can understand the difference between someone who likes to play a game of resisting but actually being open to the activity, and someone who has made a conscious choice to no longer offer a certain service to new clients, in which case the "just take it" advice would actually be highly inappropriate. Nae has told me she does not offer bb to most of her clients, and I would respect that.
