Just show your pic and name, they already have your emplyer info too anyway. Though personally I didn't block anything in mine.

I can only state that your plan seems reasonable. I have been an Angelli client for years and never went through EEC, so I cannot say. If you're on Angelli's list, they will (at your request) send out a daily schedule and pics of the available girls.
